War Winter Help Society 1941-42 Set of 20 colored glass, portrait frosted intaglios of famous Germans, pierced to hang (from a Xmas tree?) Kant, Mozart, Mendel, Goethe, Bismarck, and more are pictured and named. Hitler is the only one in clear white glass. These were either awards for donations, or were sold to help care for the Nazi soldier's families. Set mounted in modern plush box, 2 notgeld from the society also included. Stunning glass work!
